Devin (and Marin who was there to help set up the store) were great. They were friendly, patient, and very helpful. They figured our texting problem was a Samsung issue, but showed us a work around. Devin showed we had a big credit, and even though my wife said she had no intention of getting a new phone, he offered such a great deal, she couldn't refuse. Although Devin couldn't fix my music problem the way I wanted, he did offer an alternative. (It had to do with mp3 and wma format music). Anyway, this was a great visit to Verizon.
