They were very friendly and had this done quickly. If you have Verizon needs you should stop at this location.

My mom and I came in looking to trade in two iPhones while switching around three other iPhone lines. Ahmad was very knowledgeable and was so incredibly helpful. He took care of us for almost 3 hours. We forgot our Apple ID logins and had trouble with our account, yet he was able to resolve all our problems. The store was super busy and customers kept coming in, and Ahmad was able to keep calm and happily take care of all his customers. He was very patient and dedicated to providing the best care. Nobody else could have dealt with my complicated situation in the manner that Ahmad did. I am so incredibly thankful for his service, and I confidently recommend him to anyone in the future. It takes skill and wisdom to achieve what he did. After reading all the other reviews, it is clearly evident how appreciated and consistent Ahmad is. I wish I could give 10 stars…
