    This is my first time leaving a negative review, but my experience with this Verizon store has been extremely disappointing. When I transferred my plan to Verizon, the store employees (Aubyn and store manager Dymin Gaither) told me I needed to purchase two additional items in order to qualify for a store credit. Based on that promise, I spent approximately $70–$80 on those items. However, the promised credit was never issued. Over the past two and half months, I visited the store multiple times and was repeatedly told the credit would be applied “the next day.” It never was. Eventually, the store stopped responding altogether. I contacted Verizon customer service, and they confirmed that the credit should have been issued. They advised me to return to the store to resolve the issue. I then spoke with another manager, TY, but after waiting another three weeks, there was still no response and no resolution. At this point, the time and effort I’ve spent trying to fix this issue far exceed the value of the credit itself. I have filed a formal complaint with the FCC, but I’m sharing my experience so others can avoid going through the same frustration. I strongly recommend avoiding this store until they have new managers/team.

    My daughter and I switched to Verizon. Our sales associate was Carlita. She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about their products and contracts. Full transparency. Observed that the staff works well together and you can witness the respect they have for one another. This store I recommend.

    This Verizon store consistently operates with inadequate staffing and very slow service. I had an appointment on Friday, arrived early, and although I was acknowledged and apologized to, I was never actually helped. I returned early Monday morning and found the same situation—only one associate working while multiple customers waited. There is simply not enough help available, especially in the mornings, and timely service is not realistic under the way this store is run. This appears to be a routine problem that is not being corrected. Customers’ time clearly is not a priority here.
