The first person that was supposed to help my father & I claimed he would try but instead of just coming back to us and saying yes or no he legit walked pass me and didn’t say a word. No sorry, no my bad, no oops, no nothing just flat out ignored me all while going on to help someone else. Instead of getting upset (I was definitely pissed at the disrespect) I sought another person named Reena who had just finished up with a customer. She went above and beyond to help us. You don’t get great costumer service like that these days so I had to write my appreciation for her helping us. This review could have gone a whole different way if it wasn’t for her lol so thank you again.
