They helped transfer old data to a new laptop. It was truly the customer service that made a really tough experience better. Thank you so much!
- BBbmore142Feb 28, 20261.0WARNING Racial Profiling Went into the store yesterday to buy a gaming mouse went to the aisle they had them in to decide which one I wanted and after a couple minutes another gentleman in regular clothes came into the aisle pretending to browse only until he started to ask what I was looking for I realized I was being racial profiled (I’m black). Even tho I realized what was going on I politely answered him and continued to look for what I needed all the while this gentleman was just standing there watching me until I found what I wanted paid for it and left. Will never return to this establishment.

- DLDee LeeFeb 21, 20263.0Best buy changed over the years. I remember when they had almost everything. Now, there is almost nothing in there. If you look online it will say they have AR glasses like viture or rayneo. There was a time you can demo products to see if its really something you like or if they fit. Now, you have to buy it 1st and it will ship to the store. If they dont work the way you expect or dont fit, then you will have to pay a restocking fee. Im guessing in a few years, there will be no more physical stores
