  Thank you to the outstanding best buy team members Ricci, Tori and Zavaughn at the Columbia, Maryland location. The professionalism, and dedication to delivering excellent customer service truly stood out when I visited the store November 6th. I experienced a challenging situation and urgently needed my phone charged and to purchase a portable charging device. The team was extremely helpful and provided me with immediate solutions. The in store manager wasn't available but I wanted to be sure to share the kudos!

  Unless you’re spending a lot of money, the customer service here is lacking. I asked two separate people for help purchasing a hard drive, just needed a cabinet opened. First guy was only selling pcs. Second guy was at the front door. I knew what I wanted. Waited 15 minutes. Sorry, not worth my time. I informed the gentleman at exit why I was leaving, he apologized. Not his fault. This issue is the store management's fault. Either open the cabinets, add more staff or impress upon your staff to address all customer concerns.

  Had a 6:20pm appointment to get my iPhone screen replaced (they charge the same price as the Apple Store and had a sooner “appointment” time available). After waiting 25 minutes after checking in at my appointment time, they said they would have to do it the next day because they close at 9pm and it takes them 3 to 4 hours to replace a screen... They shouldn’t schedule appointments after 6pm if that is the case, and should have told me that when I checked in instead of having me wait 25 minutes first. Will take it to Apple instead.

  I don’t recommend coming here for repairs. I had an appointment for a phone battery replacement but still waited about 25 minutes in line to drop it off. When I came back hours later, I had to wait again, and the staff wasn’t very attentive, a “we’ll be with you soon” would’ve helped. After all that, they told me they couldn’t even repair the phone, something they could’ve checked before taking it in. I then had to wait again for a manager to process a refund. A frustrating and time-wasting experience.

  Although we didn't purchase anything during our visit this weekend, I wanted to leave a comment regarding a gentleman near the Ray Ban Meta glasses and Perry in the TV/Sound Systems section. We were in Best Buy on Saturday around Noon and there was a young African American gentleman (my apologies for not getting his name), who was so nice in answering my questions about the Ray Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses. He was polite, helped me understand the glasses more and tried to locate the color frames I wanted online. And Perry, in the TV/Sound Systems area, was wonderful. He talked with us for a long time about residential projectors and screens for my fiancés father's theater room and is funny, easy to chat with and really knows his stuff! We had no idea projectors were an option when 90+ inch televisions wouldn't be feasible to get into the theater room, and he explained projectors. We had a very informative visit this past Saturday at Best Buy and, although we didn't buy anything, left with great interactions and would absolutely return!
