Went out of there way to be unhelpful.
I was told 3 times a representative would come help me unlock and purchase headphones. No one came after 15 minutes and me asking for help 3 times.

Young man by the name of Darren (i hope i spelled that right) was very helpful and went above and beyond to work with me on getting an Open Box PS5. Explained the differences and made my decision super easy. Made me feel comfortable and reaffirmed that all future best buy visits go through this location. End of story

There is no sense of urgency when it comes to pickup orders! I ordered my item on Dec 10th as the website said it will be available for pickup on Dec 15th. On Dec 15th I contacted the store around 4:45 p.m (they close @ 10 p.m) about my order & the phone magically hung up. I managed to get in contact with someone else & was told that my order just arrived off the FedEx truck & the earliest i would have my item is before they close on Dec 15th or the latest on Dec 16th as they have to scan in the shipment. I then got an email @ 6 p.m stating there was a delay with my order and if the item is unavailable by 12/29 they will cancel the order. On Dec 17th I reached out to Best Buy customer support via the X app & was told my order just arrived today. So did it arrive to the store on the 15th or the 17th??? Sounds like Best Buy is allowing us to purchase items while they are in stock & promising us a pickup date all while selling the physical product in store so by the time our pickup date arrives, they sold our item so we have to wait longer. Why not pick the items & sit them to the side as you get them?? Today is December 18th & I still don't have my item nor an email update!!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone special to me & it doesn't look like I will get it in time smh. If i cancel the order I will have to wait up to 10 days for the funds to be refunded before I can use the money to shop elsewhere. To just take someone's hard earned money & can't provide the good when promised is absurd. I will never utilize this location nor will I purchase from Best Buy ever again!!!!

It was a bad buy experience. An open box dishwasher delivered after 3 times changes of delivery scheduled, without the drain tubing attached. I came back to the store to ask for credit so that i can buy one and was told the dishwasher was sold as is by one of the sale associates. I will not be dealing with these people nor buying any thing from this business again.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the level of service and operational oversight at this location. My recent experience suggests that the current management and supervision are not sufficient to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Specifically, while waiting for assistance from a Geek Squad member, after waiting in line with only one customer ahead of me, the employee, a younger Caucasian woman with red hair, abruptly left her post without acknowledging my presence or providing any explanation. She did not return. Eventually, another employee offered assistance; however, the level of support provided was not satisfactory. I urge you to address these issues and implement measures to improve customer service standards at this location. A greater emphasis on employee training, accountability, and consistent adherence to customer service protocols is clearly needed.
