  Literally just waisted my time in bestbuy, first thing i ask before I ever started shopping was, do u accept tap to pay, ok so if im asking do u accept tap to pay then obviously im saying I dont have a card, why I do all this shopping and deciding and the man say while im trying pay I need a physical card, while simultaneously still saying I need a physical card 🤣🤣

  Amazing experience buying a laptop. I was assisted by Eric, he greeted us and answered all our questions. He also gave us more information on the product and sent the product to check out. I was surprised when he came to the checkout to make sure everything went well. Going the extra mile to help his clients. Thank you Eric!

  My Geek Squad guy was Awesome, he was African Native , Smart, Professional, Personalable, he explained clearly, I was out less than 30 mins, he was also helping others at the same time. (IM SORRY I FORGOT HIS NAME), but if you go to Bestbuy in Elkridge MD, you will know whom to ask for.

  Do NOT buy a TV with the installation in Best Buy. Save yourself the burden of sketchy installers that cancel last minute and having to call customer service 4-8 times to find no resolution to your issue and be completely ignored and lied to. Worst customer service experience ever.

  Geek squad and Best Buy customer service is absolutely terrible. Bought a pair of Beats Studio pro headphones paid extra for the warranty and absolutely nothing was done after I told them the speakers were making cracking noises and all sound cut out for 10 minutes earlier in the day. They said they can’t recreate the issue so nothing is wrong.
