- ABAmalek BrittDec 17, 20255.0Hi 👋🏼 everyone I strongly encourage u to join total wireless and drop that slow phone cause my mans Daniel from total wireless omfg he hooked me up even when my phone was broke and I didn’t have much money at the time he took his time express his gratitude and showed me the details on how getting a iPhone 13 when I tell u this was the easy way to actually get a phone and with good customer service man that’s a talent right there cause every phone store we walk into the employees either always being rude nasty on there phone or etc but Daniel he helped me and every time someone walked in he would stop at a stopping point and actually help the customer and once done came back to me and he had that store on lock down if anyone should deserve a raise it should be him plz move him up to supervisor position cause we need more people like him in our stores I can’t stop expressing on how he did a good job 👏 but I’m not boasting nor gloating but praising him when good credit is due like I said everyone needs to stop using that slow old phone and come see my mans Daniel at this total wireless store he helped me when no one else could I gladly appreciate it Daniel and do apologize for the review to take so long to post but hopefully it did it’s justice Daniel my guy keep on with the good works of God cause he’s gonna bless u he helped me get another phone I’m so happy and excited can’t even describe words how good this man is just come check him out he was patient kind loving and heartwarming and really on point and knowledgeable and respectful in everything he did while I was at that store
