  Friendly staff, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help. Can be busy but that is just a sign of their popularity.

  they sold my friend fake AirPods- we found out at the Houston Apple Store bc the pods kept dying many different hours apart, then we went to the store, and they were like the case is fake. Then she got a new case then the AirPods didn’t fit then they said the AirPods were fake. So turns out the whole thing was fake

  DO NOT BUY BELKIN SCREEN PROTECTORS FROM THERE!! BELKIN IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND THEIR “WARRANTY” DOESNT COVER THE ACTUAL SCREEN PROTECTOR YOU’RE BUYING.

  I came in to replace my battery and was told it would take about 1.5 hours — it ended up taking over 3 hours. I had to ask about my phone four separate times before anyone gave me an update or returned it to me. Very disappointing experience. I expected better from Apple.

  Currently sitting in the store as I type this. Had a genius appointment for 12:20pm and just being seen at 1:47pm. I am understanding that the store is busy but there was no communication about wait time, as I watch others get seen for there appointment, I politely waited an hour and checked back in with Ally where it seemed my appointment slipped through the cracks as someone checked me in and never helped me. She never told me how much longer the wait would be or even apologized she just very rudely told me I’m next in line. I proceeded to wait another 20 mins before again asking for assistance and finally getting helped.
