    I was looking to upgrade my phone after receiving a text from Verizon with a deal. Kam helped me by looking into my account and guiding me the best way to proceed which in this case was online showing me how, remaining very professional and asking permission to look at my phone to navigate the Verizon app so I would know what to do. Very pleased with this store and this young man.

    These is the worst customer service experience I ever had in the industry. And My experience as with the manager Mr Raberto Horrible experience. He does not know how to be professional . I questioned he’s greeting and his tone when he addressed me and he told me I will not be helped and told the young man that tried to help not go help me . I felt I was in a drug line in alley . Never go here call them do it all online if you in Clinton .

    The service technician, Cameron, provided exceptional service and was able to fix the issue reported as well as identified other problems that was missed by the previous technician when I purchased the phone. He really adds much value to the company.
