He was one in what seems like a million sales type calls I receive but I appreciated his personal out reach from our local Chester store & listened, promised to get over there Monday & BOOM; better plan, lower cost & a new phone that is so nice!!! At age 61, I appreciate how it’s much more efficient to type, text & makes everything easier! It’s all upside! Call & BOOK your cell phone “check-up” or get that I-WATCH you’ve been wanting. It’s awesome & so is Marc!

Crossed the bridge, went back across Westbound, then again Eastbound, where I was able to snag my phone, which at this point had become a mass of broken electronics. Went to the Verizon store, and Aaron helped me out. I walked out of there with a brand new phone for myself AND my wife, and he worked it such that my bill actually DECREASED. And he threw in a screen protector and camera lens protectors. 10/10 service, 10/10 interactions with the crew there. Go this THIS Verizon store! Employees there rock! They did a fantastic job helping me today!
