After having the worst possible customer service from the Verizon store on Abruzzi Dr, I called the Verizon store in the Kent Towne Market and Rob helped me assess the problem and invited me to come in and they’d handle it. He was with another customer when I got there and Ray stepped in and took care of me. Those two gentlemen exemplify the best customer service ethic. My hat is off to them and Verizon - Kent Towne Market!!!

Marc was a huge help in getting me set up with a new phone and a better plan to suit my travel needs, when going out of the country. He also got me an excellent deal on the new phone and I was able to trade in the old one, taking hundreds of dollars off of the purchase of the new one. I find going through the process of getting a new phone pretty stressful (especially when it's unexpected) but Marc made it easy. He was pleasant to work with and he even shared his leftover Halloween candy with me.
