- RFRobert FernandezJan 29, 20261.0I won't be coming to this location any more. Once was enough for me. My wife and I came here back on 12/21/25 to get new phones and accessories. Dillon took care of us for this visit however it was a nightmare. We were there for more than 4-hours. Although she was kind and courteous, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She also couldn't stop tending to her personal texts while sitting in front of us. For my account, I had ordered a phone for my son (a few days later, my wife brought my son in to turn in his phone as well as her mother's). I had also purchased a screen protector however Dillon had given me the wrong one. So, I had to return on another day to exchange the screen protector to only find out it was not on my account. Luckily, the two representatives on site that day, were knowledgeable enough to assist me. Then, on 1/28/26, my wife returned for something only to find out that the phones that were supposed to be turned in to Verizon Wireless, were still there (after over a month). This would explain why I had received a text weeks ago from Verizon Wireless reminding me to turn in my son's old phone. Clearly, they never returned the phones. Now, we have to do it ourselves. After 30-years as customers, we were disappointed to receive the poor service that we did that day. This was a bad experience that doesn't seem to end. I highly recommend to avoid this store.
