One employee (Ms. Lisa) was with a customer towards the back of the establishment. It looked as if they were wrapping things up, but they continued to talk about things from the customer's personal life. A gentleman came out to assist 2 customers that were standing and another one that was sitting. Ms. Lisa and the woman were still talking when the woman realized people were waiting (it was me who had not yet been seen). She finally left, and Ms. Lisa called me over. She seemed to have an attitude, did not greet me, or offer any nicities whatsoever 🤔 I told her why I was there, she took the box that I had the equipment in, and told me that she would only take one piece of it. She said I would have to mail the other piece of equipment (even though I was given instructions over the phone to bring both pieces). Ms. Lisa didn't give me any info about where I was to send it. She had me sign for the one piece she did take, walked away, and never said anything else to me. Mind you, I was still standing at her desk. A customer came in and she quickly jetted to him with greetings. She might want to extend those pleasantries with all customers! I'm just saying.
