  Llgue a la tienda y habían solo trabajadores personas morenas nunca me atendieron cuando les dije que necesitaba ayuda ellos nunca respondieron y cuando llegaron otras personas de la raza de ellos fueron y les preguntaron que necesitaban e estado por 15 años con verizon y nunca me habían tratado así . Y cuando les dije que me venía dijo el Moreno que no le importaba .

  I was here to return some equipment. I entered and saw that there were only a few people waiting. One employee (Ms. Lisa) was with a customer towards the back of the establishment. It looked as if they were wrapping things up, but they continued to talk about things from the customer's personal life. A gentleman came out to assist 2 customers that were standing and another one that was sitting. Ms. Lisa and the woman were still talking when the woman realized people were waiting (it was me who had not yet been seen). She finally left, and Ms. Lisa called me over. She seemed to have an attitude, did not greet me, or offer any nicities whatsoever 🤔 I told her why I was there, she took the box that I had the equipment in, and told me that she would only take one piece of it. She said I would have to mail the other piece of equipment (even though I was given instructions over the phone to bring both pieces). Ms. Lisa didn't give me any info about where I was to send it. She had me sign for the one piece she did take, walked away, and never said anything else to me. Mind you, I was still standing at her desk. A customer came in and she quickly jetted to him with greetings. She might want to extend those pleasantries with all customers! I'm just saying.

  WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a males sales associate (not sure of his name) who was already helping a client. He helped us with our initial inquiry, which was getting new phones, but kindly asked us to take a seat in the waiting area while he finished up with his client. While only waiting a few minutes, another associate checked-in and the previous employee asked her if she could help us. Her name was Sky. Sky was very friendly, answered all our questions and helped us get the best up-to-date deal. While starting the paperwork, Sky let us know they were currently having some connection issues that she felt would prolong the transfer process. Because of this, she offered to come in the next day - on her scheduled day off - to help us! We came in the next day as planned, and Sky and her associate Emory helped transfer everything over onto our new phones. Again, they were very kind, personable, and helpful. We cannot thank Sky and Emory enough. Their customer service went above and beyond!!!!

  I am new to Verizon, and I have to say my experience was absolutely amazing thanks to Alexander, the manager. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, funny, and down-to-earth, which immediately put me and my grandma at ease. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how honest and genuine he was. He didn’t just try to push products or rush us through instead, he took his time to explain everything in detail, answer every question, and make sure we fully understood our options. He was so patient with my grandma and treated her with kindness and respect the entire time, which meant so much to us. Switching providers can sometimes feel stressful, but Alexander made it not only smooth and easy, but also enjoyable. His professionalism, humor, and honesty made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. He even double-checked everything before we left to ensure we were set up correctly, which gave us peace of mind. Verizon is truly lucky to have Alexander as a manager. He turned what could have been a stressful day into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Because of him, I feel excited and confident about being a new Verizon customer.
