She is incapable of doing anything except speaking in Spanish and English. Her profesionalism is less than sub par. I spoke with the owner via this young lady's phone. While he could not offer me any assistance; he continued to allow his employee to be unprofessional. She smirked and acted as if I was an issue. I was sent there by the FBI office in Maryland. Someone had taken over my phone number under a separate phone number. Odd. Yes. THEREFORE, I needed her undivided attention. She is crazy, unsophisticated, uncouth, disrespectful, an attempted to patronize me (no worries there). I would never go to this location again. NEVER!
