- AAAshleyDec 22, 20255.0I went into the store to get the iPhone 16 and Aaron was so unprofessional because he did not talk to me about my deals on my phone plan after I been a customer for 3years then he changed my plan without my consent took my hotspot off without my permission and I have disabled child that need them thing while we are on road trips…Marian fix everything that he had did wrong and he change a number on my plate without my permission also am only doing this complaint so late because my bill is 340 now and I was not expecting for it to be that night
