I went to the local Verizon store in Cambridge and KJ was the best Cellular Sales Associate I have ever encountered. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He reviewed my account and helped guide me in selecting the best plan and phone based on my usage and needs. I ended up upgrading my wife and daughter’s phone also. KJ problem solved and was extremely patient with me. Best experience, hands down. If you are in that area of MD and need a new phone or help with something KJ and his team is the place to go! KJ thank you for helping me and to Verizon Management, you need more Associates and Mentors like KJ!
