    I wanted to start today for the second time they told me the same thing the first time I just walked out this time. I actually told them call customer service to see what I can do to connect my service back up. The lady said oh no I’m sorry we’re not allowed to do that. She insisted we’re not allowed to. I said it doesn’t hurt to try. My mother always taught me asking and never hurt somebody and guess what I got my service reconnected by calling customer service and I got a discount of $100 from customer service for being a loyal customer. This is why I never go to the store because their customer service is taught the wrong thing. Don’t call customer service but people in the store working are taught differently than they should be. Whoever is in charge of the store should be trained the employees way better I’m sorry, but it has to be said thank you for the lady to help me after the fact I insisted in her calling customer Service but never turned down a client and never turned down a cup person just because your employer tells you not to do something it never hurts to ask and guess what I was supposed to pay 380 to get my service reconnected. I only paid $300 to get a reconnected so open up your eyes people that work in this store and actually help customers those $80 that I was gonna spend on the store I spend it towards food that I needed for my house and my kids so thank you Verizon customer service online over the phone. You help me a lot.

    Miriam and Ashland are the best! You call customer service or go to another store the reps are nasty but everytime I go into the cambeidge store and see the girls I get calm and Kirk you did a great job with these professionals!!!! I love them and their attitude and how they joke and make me feel like family- go to this store and ask foe these girls xoxo

    Working with davontae was a very confusing experience and every thing he told me felt like it wasnt the truth and when i needed help understanding he sent me to the other verizon store stating they are the only ones that can help with tech and bills or can answer my question because he didnt know
