  Chandler welcomed us, when we came in upset because our recently bought laptop wasn't turning on. He explained clearly to us warranty policies and any costs we might aquire. He is extremely knowledgeable and nice. Our laptop was fixed quicker than we expected!

  Came in to get a phone unlocked. Chantel said "so if you know your apple id you can reset ourselves or if you have trouble you can come back and have us do it for $40. I'll be here all day" that's it. word for word. We left and tried but came back and spoke to somebody else after having trouble (Chantel was no longer around) and explain to them that we did not know the Apple ID. He told us he would reset the phone, completely wipe it and we would be able to get back into it. When we came to pick it up it was on the same exact screen. Fernando assured us we would get a refund right away. Chantelle came out and told us absolutely no refund, she said she told us from the start that we would not be able to get in our phone. She even acknowledged her 'tech made a mistake' but claimed she already told us that she couldn't help us, so no.. 2 witnesses and that was 100% never said. Our phone is in the same exact condition that we brought it in, and on top of that she was rude and denied us a refund after her staff literally PROMISED US one and after basically stealing our money bc our phone was in the same exact state, for all I know they didn't do anything. I also bought a $300 phone and didn't get a receipt for either transaction. Appalled that they have such a manager . I asked her to take my info down for GM to call me but she wouldn't. I asked for a number to call but she also wouldn't give me that either. Fernando tried to be as helpful as he could, so I do want to mention that he was good and trying to do the right thing.

  I went to get my phone fixed because the back glass was shattered. When talking to the Geek Squad member, I told them not to put the case I had on the new phone because there was some glass stuck in it but I didn’t want the glass to fall everywhere. Of course, they didn’t listen and now my new glass has scratches on it. I had to go to Geek Squad 2 other times due to phone issues while having AppleCare. Both times, they told me I have to take it to the Apple Store. I don’t understand how you can be an Authorized Apple Service Provider but you can service my Apple Product. The more recent visit, before they told me that I had to take it somewhere else, they told me that they didn’t have someone there to even look at the phone even though it was within the regular business hours…. I’m not shopping here or going to Fail Squad anymore. Not here.

  Their phone service is terrible. I was on circular hold for 45 minutes to try to schedule an appointment to correct a mistake they made only to have it eventually respond with "enter remote access code" and disconnect. Call back and after going through nauseating call director never got a live person in order to schedule the appointment. If I can ever get this resolved, I am done with them. Amazon has better prices anyway.

  Couldn't get a stright answer on phone. Transfered 4 times and said the same, let me transfer you.
