Recommend you choose the lowest plan to avoid overpayment for poor service. Unfortunately around here it's the only provider that gets 1 bar in places where others have no service. Still not worth it go for the $35 a month flat fee and use Wi-Fi for everything else.

Everything about her was rude and any attempt by me to clarify her questions or ask for additional information was met with overt hostility. It rapidly got to a point where I asked for the manager, at which point Kyra offered to help. Kyra was professional and helpful and helped me solve a relatively simple problem quickly. When I commented on her colleague's behavior she replied that "everyone has problems with her because she is rude to everybody". If that's the case, why is this employee in a customer service role? I would label this as is the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time, but I must at least give credit to Kyra for making up for her colleague's unprofessional demeanor.

I’m currently using a month-month plan I got through a Verizon store 3 months ago and I had questions for the employee as to a 3 month discount I showed her I received as loyalty on my text message from Verizon and the girl said she couldn’t help with prepay. She said I needed to go where I got the sim card through. Which was Verizon. I left rather than continue trying to explain to the ignorance of that employee. Verizon certainly has gone down hill. I’ll be switching service providers if this is the service I am expected to deal with in future.
