Chantel told me she has no email address but she does have one, I needed to send her screen shots to tell her what is wrong with my pc and phones. The store’s music was way too loud to have a conversation about tech issues. But Chantel did fix some of my issues and so did Jalen although he does not listen well. Chantel left for a meeting and my pc and phone are still on the counter. Which can be taken by anyone and she did not have a good handshake passing along the description of my issues to the other guy so I keep repeating myself three times. It is way understaff in this store during the weekends.

Their phone service is terrible. I was on circular hold for 45 minutes to try to schedule an appointment to correct a mistake they made only to have it eventually respond with "enter remote access code" and disconnect. Call back and after going through nauseating call director never got a live person in order to schedule the appointment. If I can ever get this resolved, I am done with them. Amazon has better prices anyway.
