They just slapped the sticker on it . I open the box and a huge dent is on the t.v and won’t turn on ! Bought it brand new and this is what they send . I’ve been a loyal customer for years with a Best Buy credit card everything and just cannot believe they would send out something like this and not even check the item let alone deliver a open box for a brand new t.v
