The first order was cancelled after months of waiting when the appliance could not be located. I ordered a second time, was assigned a delivery date of yesterday, and after being given a 12 hr window for the day of delivery and a window of 8 to 12:30 on the day of, the delivery was a no show. It’s hard to convey how time consuming, costly and disruptive this horrible service has been. How do you drop the ball this badly, and twice?
