  We came through on Tuesday and think we may have left a pair a sport baseball glasses white frame and reflective shades. The person on India told us it was impossible to talk to the store. Could you check your lost and found and help us get our glasses back as we are from Southern VA?

  I recently purchased an iMac & PS5 from Best Buy in California and had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The representative who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found everything I needed to go along with the computer. They answered all my questions, walked me through accessories and setup options, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping the customer. Very pleased with the experience — highly recommend this location.
