    Verizon Store Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This store has a so-called walk-in sign-in system, yet no one acknowledges you when you enter. No greeting. No instructions. No explanation. You’re just left standing there, forced to guess that there’s a sign-in process at all. Unless you interrupt staff mid-conversation and push your way in, you will be completely ignored. There is zero organization, no queue management, and no basic customer courtesy. Employees seem comfortable continuing what they’re doing while customers stand around confused and unattended. The environment feels unwelcoming and dismissive, especially if you don’t already know how their broken system works. Customer service should not require guessing games, jumping over people, or forcing attention. Verizon should seriously review the management and training at this location. This store does not reflect professionalism, inclusivity, or respect for customers’ time. I will not return, and I strongly advise others to go to a different Verizon location.

    These people must work for commission because after you spend money they become extremely rude and short. First he lied about the man of WiFi available on the account. They would not set my iPad up and when I asked would there be no mobile data he assured me there would be. It took only a day for the data to run out. Then there was an outage that they were too rude to address. Sitting in the store amongst the confusion. I had to go to another store where reps were outside helping. Later I returned to get help finishing setting my equipment up to no avail. This store has the rudest customer service team. I spent over $500 the employee Brian could not put the piece on my expensive watch correct. Thinking he had done it appropriately the piece fell off. When I went back to see if an exchange would be possible he was extremely rude. Sarcastic. Then got upset when I returned his tone. The manager Orlando then backs up his rude employee by telling me that although he was across the room and did not hear his employees’ rude remarks he is sure he was right.

    Received excellent customer service at the Bowie Verizon store today! While at the store, the problem with connecting my old tracker with new phone was also resolved! Tech was patience and professional! Thanks!

    Very disgusting with the performance by this location. The in store experience when a user purchases a phone is start to finish. Meaning, purchase, activate, import existing data and verify then send the user home. Telling a user the "find my phone" (stolen) is not available is just LAZY. It took 2 min to log into Samsung account and guess what all the contacts & content stored online started to migrate back to the new device. I urge verizon users go to one of the Anne Arundel county locations (you know why) for better service!
