He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. These were open-box appliances, and he took the time to check that everything was in great working condition, explained the technical details, and even price-checked multiple items for us. As busy moms, we don’t always have the time to do in-depth research, but Robert essentially did it for us all while balancing other customers and still giving us his full attention. From browsing to checkout, he stayed with us every step of the way. Best Buy is truly lucky to have someone like Robert on their team. If he stays with the company, they’ve got a gem of an associate. Highly recommend asking for Robert B. if you visit the Bowie Outlet location!
