  Closing store and only had a very few items left. Very disappointing that only appliances were left and not what I was needing. Also, no one do much as said hello to us when we walked in. Not super surprised that they're closing.

  I’m so glad it’s closing permanently. This place always had more employees than customers, and the staff’s attitude was always terrible.

  Amazing Customer Service from Robert B. at Best Buy Bowie Outlet! The store was closing and there was a long line of customers waiting to get in, but once inside, my cousin and I were lucky to be helped by Robert B. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. These were open-box appliances, and he took the time to check that everything was in great working condition, explained the technical details, and even price-checked multiple items for us. As busy moms, we don’t always have the time to do in-depth research, but Robert essentially did it for us all while balancing other customers and still giving us his full attention. From browsing to checkout, he stayed with us every step of the way. Best Buy is truly lucky to have someone like Robert on their team. If he stays with the company, they’ve got a gem of an associate. Highly recommend asking for Robert B. if you visit the Bowie Outlet location!
