Cass told us they ran out of the better screen protector and gave us a defective one, she charged us $12 and said she will give us a free one when it comes in stock. When we came back about a week later, she said there was a crack and she would charge us another $12!! The other day she told us a different policy and she still charged us but this time she changed the policy. This was cheating, the crack happened on the same day that she replaced it, and she started raising her voice and we had an arguement. Her friend Isra who wasn't there that day, came in between and started yelling at us!! After that, I wanted to call security/police but I didn't. I told her I only wanted to talk to Cass who was there the other day. Isra had no reason to come in between and yell at me. I was with my daughter and still they misbehaved. They didn't even change the screen protector. All this while, they were constantly yelling at me. I want my defective screen protector which I already paid for, to be replaced!! If you want to maintain a good customer base then those kind of sales women should be replaced. I demand my screen protector be replaced!!
