    This review is for Cam, and Cam only. I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and went into the store as I was having an e-sim issue. My contract is grandfathered in (not the original but from 4+ years ago, when I was last updated my phone) and it seemed best that I replace my phone. I was not picky about which phone to get but was not interested in a $30/month device fee. Most importantly, I wanted to retain my existing plan. Per the current VZW policies, the only way for me to upgrade to a(ny) new phone was to also give up existing plan for one of the current plans. While Cam originally shared this with me, he took the time to explore options via both the app and a phone customer service agent. With his guidance, we were able to get replacement phones for both me and my mom without changing the plan. Had it been any other customer service agent, it would have been easy to "that's the current policy and process" and stop there. I am grateful to Cam for his advocacy and tenacity in navigating through the circumstances to get me to the right outcome. I am disappointed with how difficult Verizon's policies have become, especially when considering my nearly 2 decades of loyalty, but I am grateful for agents like Cam who advocate for the customer and represent the values that the company espouses. Thank you again for the support, Cam!

    Outside there's a big sign that says want Verizon's best 5G Network but when I went inside to the store and spent a lot of time waiting to finally talk to somebody, they said they don't handle internet. They only handle phones. So I wasted a lot of time and I don't understand why outside the store. They have a big sign that says want Verizon's 5G best network

    I scheduled an in-store appointment to trade in two iPhones after receiving two upgraded devices by mail. I have two active lines and have been a loyal Verizon customer for 21 years. In the store, I was told in-store assistance to set up the phones would cost $30 per device. To avoid the $60 charge, I attempted to complete the setup myself. During this process, I encountered an error message on one phone. I asked a nearby associate—who was not assisting another customer—what the error message meant and how it could be resolved. I was told curtly that I would need to pay for in-store assistance, despite clarifying that I was not asking her to set up the phone, only to explain the error message. While I continued to troubleshoot on my own, I observed the same associate assist other customers with similar issues in a noticeably more congenial and attentive manner. I was not once asked if I needed help as I struggled through the process. The difference in treatment was stark and deeply concerning, and it raised serious questions about bias. Regardless of intent, the experience was unprofessional and unacceptable—particularly for a long-standing customer.
