They are condescending and never explain anything and will treat you like you’re stupid for not just doing whatever they say especially if you’re old or have broken English. Every time I visit this location I end up having to stay for an insane amount of time due to the sheer disorganization and lack of critical thought of this locations employees. This specific location was the reason I ended up cancelling my service with Verizon. Anything to never have to return there again. I wish I could give zero stars.

I was completely ignored until someone else walked in and the employees proceeded to ask if the other person directly behind me needed help, even though I was already waiting right in front of them. The two associates acted as if I was invisible. Horrible customer experience, would give zero stars of if I could.
