Both gentleman were very helpful in assisting me to secure a new line for my newly established e-commerce business. I have visited other Verizon stores where I was ignored and waited a ridiculous amount of time to complete my task, so I dreaded this visit. To say I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by both gentleman as soon as I entered the store is an understatement! The icing on the cake was the quick turnaround from beginning to end. I walked out of the store with new phone, accessories, and my device in hand ready to use. This is my new Verizon store from now on!
