    Horrible attitude by staff- talking over me. If I could give negative stars, they would be well deserved. Showing up with a simple billing/password question and leaving hoping to switch it my 2K phone with one from a different company!

    Very bad experience buying my iPhone17 pro max I was discriminated by the employee who felt I couldn’t afford the phone due to my race or age, I decided to go with 500gb he says do you know the price difference obnoxious after I told him I don’t care about the difference but I said it’s probably 100 bucks more he said “ no papi $200 more” I say okay “ you sure” he says I say yes, we couldn’t workout financing I say it’s fine I’ll pay full, he says you sure i say yes proceed to pull out my credit card and he says there’s all the money is… what 5,000? My card declines since I need to authorize the payment so I call the bank on the phone supplied since mine was broken and he says calling papi for permission? I say no the bank… he says and which color very obnoxiously in Spanish and proceed to say “ BLANO, NARANJA OR AZUL” I say orange “ NARANJA” I decied to use my debit instead he acts surprise when it goes through and decided to switch his tone. I was speaking perfect English the whole time there no need to switch into Spanish so obnoxiously and decied to treat to me different after I told my job and paid for the phone. I’m buying a phone not a car no need to treat people like there less. The girl I originally worked with was amazing Sarah I believe

    I came at 3:30 for an appointment and did not leave until 9 pm. I waited patiently for the time they gave me to come back. When I asked about the progress of my repair I kept getting blown off. At this point I had already been sitting there forty minutes longer than I should have. The repair was to be done by 7 pm. I asked for a manager and did not receive a manager. I initially called AT&T and I was supposed to get a new phone free of charge because it wasn’t fixable. I had verification to prove that I was spoken to. I expressed this to the employee and they said that their policy is to fix the phone unless completely broken. Then I was told that Apple stopped “taking AT&T’s word for it since the iPhone 7 and 8”. My phone was completely unresponsive, that seems pretty broken to me. They kept me there until 8:30 when it was supposed to be ready at 7 just to give me a brand new phone like I said to do initially. Then they couldn’t even set it up because At&T had to activate my phone number. All the Apple employees I talked to said they would help me and then ignored me until their shifts ended. I don’t have a car to get home so time was of the essence, I expressed this and nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with their service, I DO NOT recommend anyone else to come here.
