    Awful experience. What’s the point of making an appointment. Waiting for 30 minutes just to be told to return the headphones to target. They’re literally your new headphones and they’re defective within two weeks of purchase.

No matter the issue, Scott always found a way to accommodate my needs and make sure everything was handled perfectly. He consistently provided exceptional service, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Scott has been my go-to Genius for years, and his professionalism and dedication are unmatched. I was so sad to hear he’s moving on, but I’m incredibly happy to see him chase his dreams. Apple was lucky to have him, and I feel lucky to have been one of his longtime customers.

    This location is not helpful, you have to wait long so people can answer a simple question, when you ask for a manager stuff will be we have multiple people managers and walks a way, very bad customer service
