    I came at 3:30 for an appointment and did not leave until 9 pm. I waited patiently for the time they gave me to come back. When I asked about the progress of my repair I kept getting blown off. At this point I had already been sitting there forty minutes longer than I should have. The repair was to be done by 7 pm. I asked for a manager and did not receive a manager. I initially called AT&T and I was supposed to get a new phone free of charge because it wasn’t fixable. I had verification to prove that I was spoken to. I expressed this to the employee and they said that their policy is to fix the phone unless completely broken. Then I was told that Apple stopped “taking AT&T’s word for it since the iPhone 7 and 8”. My phone was completely unresponsive, that seems pretty broken to me. They kept me there until 8:30 when it was supposed to be ready at 7 just to give me a brand new phone like I said to do initially. Then they couldn’t even set it up because At&T had to activate my phone number. All the Apple employees I talked to said they would help me and then ignored me until their shifts ended. I don’t have a car to get home so time was of the essence, I expressed this and nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with their service, I DO NOT recommend anyone else to come here.

    The customer service was perfect. I had no problem. I just did not like how bad it smell inside there it smell like going to the gym super sweaty , not pleasant smell.. They could use some air freshener because I really did not like the smell for a place looks so nice and clean, but it smelled terrible.. I gave them two star because the customer service was really good. I purchased an iPad Pro. It was very smooth no problem whosoever

    I came in with a scheduled appointment specifically to have my phone battery replaced, expecting a straightforward and professional experience. Instead, what I received was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff was dismissive and unwelcoming. There was no acknowledgment of my appointment time, no sense of urgency, and no attempt to manage expectations. Even though I had an appointment, I was left waiting for an unreasonably long amount of time, watching walk-ins get assisted while I sat there wondering if my name had been forgotten altogether. What made the situation significantly worse was the behavior of the employees. Multiple times, staff members would begin speaking to me and then literally walk away mid-conversation without explanation, without finishing their sentence, and without telling me they would be back. This happened more than once. I was left standing there awkwardly, unsure whether to wait, follow them, or start over with someone else. That level of disregard is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. When I did finally get someone’s attention, the attitude was rude, short, and impatient, as if I was inconveniencing them by simply asking about a service I had already scheduled. No one apologized for the delay, no one explained what was taking so long, and no one seemed remotely interested in providing even basic customer care. The entire experience felt chaotic, poorly managed, and disrespectful of customers’ time. An appointment should mean something. If you’re unable to honor it, communicate that. Walking away from customers mid-sentence and making them wait excessively without explanation is not acceptable. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and genuinely shocked at how poorly this was handled. I came in expecting a routine battery replacement and instead walked out questioning how this place operates at all. Unless there are serious improvements in staff professionalism, communication, and respect for appointments, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    I CAME IN CASUALLY DRESSED ON A WEEKEND THAT IT SNOWED .VERY BAD TIME , VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. IF YOU LOOK YOUNG & BLACK SIMPLY (DON’T ENTER ) THE STORE. THEY WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU FOR PURCHASES , AS THEY HELP OTHER FAMILIES , & SIMPLY WATCH YOU FOR CRIME. AFTER 20 MINUTES I , (FINALLY) GOT SOME STRAIGHT ANSWERS ABOUT MY MICROSOFT OPTIONS FOR iOS & THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE DEVICE AFTER TAXES. I LEFT FEELING UNNECESSARILY EMBARRASSED & LOOKED DOWN ON. I ((ACTUALLY)) USED TO WORK BY WAY OF CONTRACT WITH APPLE SUPPORT ONLINE & GENIUS BAR IN GRADUATE SCHOOL. I WOULD HAVE NEVER TREATED A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. I AM ACTUALLY A CREDENTIALED ENGLISH PROFESSOR WITH BEYOND A MASTER’S DEGREE IN LITERATURE WITH DOCTORAL CREDITS & CURRENTLY TEACH ONLINE . & I WAS OPEN TO BUYING A NEW LAPTOP UNTIL TODAY . I HAVE THE LATEST IPAD IN PINK & AN IPHONE 15. I DO NOT THINK I WILL BE SPENDING ANYMORE MONEY AT APPLE . SIMPLY UNPLEASANT. ONE VERY FRIENDLY AFRICAN -AMERICAN EMPLOYEE CAUGHT ON AT THE TAIL-END OF MY EXPERIENCE. IT HELPED, BUT WAS A BIT TOO LATE . AND SOME OLDER EMPLOYEE FEMALE WITH PINK HAIR IN A POODLE SKIRT WAS VERY BITING IN CONVERSATION WITH ME , AT EVERY QUESTION. SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE SHE HAD A PERSONAL MONOPOLY ON ALL THINGS TECH & ALL THINGS (DECENT ). BUT, TECH & DECENCY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SHARED HUMAN EXPERIENCES.
