  I visited the Apple Store in downtown Bethesda to pick up a MacBook I had ordered online. My scheduled pickup time was 6 PM, and I arrived around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, I did not leave the store until 8 PM due to issues with my order. The first employee I spoke with was a male associate who appeared to be in his 40s, wore glasses, and had a cross earring. He informed us that the order had not gone through due to a payment issue. After contacting customer service, we were told that the payment had in fact been processed successfully and that we simply needed to wait for the pickup confirmation email. Being told otherwise in the store was frustrating and felt like an assumption was made without fully verifying the information. The way the situation was handled felt upsetting, dismissive, and disrespectful. Because I needed the MacBook for the next day, we waited about 30 minutes and returned to the store for further assistance. That is when we were helped by Taundra, who completely changed the experience for us. She explained the situation clearly and acknowledged that these types of issues can happen. More importantly, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find a solution. Taundra consistently checked in with us while we were on the phone with customer service and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. Even as the store was closing, she remained kind, professional, and committed to helping us resolve the issue. Her approach to customer service stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. This five star review is because of Taundra. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are the reason I would return to this location.

  My sister and I selected this store to pick up our online purchases, and we absolutely made the right choice. We were traveling from El Salvador, and it was my first time ever picking up a product this way. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They made us feel very welcomed and appreciated as customers. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

  Wow. First time I visited this store, they had to call me to come back because they forgot a step. Second time I came back, the repair part was DOA. THIRD time I went back for the repair, they did not inform me they were going to put in another part, which would redownload all my apps. I had a medical device hooked to an app that dispenses medication (insulin) to me. Because they did not inform me, I got sick without my medication through the waiting period. They absolutely should have told me my apps were going to be reset. I would have prepared for it. They need to implement TRANSPARENCY and train their staff that phone usage could be for life devices as well so to ask if customers if they have urgent apps to review before repair. I am severely disappointed. Not to mention, my expensive medical device went to waste due to it no longer being active.

  They do not honor appointments at all. You will sit and wait FOREVER. Never going to this location again🙄

  Tried getting a crack in Apple Mac fixed but they said our 5 day quote expired and we would need to wait 2.30 hrs for another quote. Wouldn’t allow us to meet any of the techs as they were on 1 hour long calls and couldn’t be interrupted.
