- ABAbi BlankenshipDec 9, 20255.0I have three cats that go to VCA and they are all very well taken care of. Front desk staff is friendly in person and on the phone, I normally see Dr, Au Yueng and all of my cats love her and so do I. It’s nice to go to a vet that makes you feel okay and understands you and the problems you come in with as a person not just a costumer.

- MPMichaela PorchDec 16, 20171.0The staff were very nice but we walked out with a big bill and no answers. I took my beagle/lab mix in because we thought she may be pregnant (she is 3 and we adopted her from a shelter November first). Anyways we get the free first visit and after about 4 X-rays and the vet feeling her stomach she could not tell me if my dog was pregnant. She told me she did not know even though our dog is lactating! She also couldn’t tell me if my dog had been spayed or not.. (just Incase this was a pseudo pregnancy) and to top it all off we left with antibiotics for something in her lungs that she could not give me a definite answer to what it was. I feel as if I walked out knowing less then when we went in. We were told to wait and see what happens. So the things we learned today are that my dog may or may not be pregnant, may or may not even have a uterus, and may or may not have have a lung infection. I will NOT return.
