  I went in there a to look for some service and possibly a new phone and I come in, nobody is in the store, it’s completely empty. I figured at least one worker would be up front there but no so I shouted hello many times and waiting for moments before some guy comes out from the back running out of breath, seeming bedraggled trying to adjust his pants and fix his collar and rushes up and says his name is “John” after multiple moments of me waiting and shouting out he barely started taking my address then all of a sudden not even 3 minutes later a girl comes from the back, also seems pretty off and trying to adjust the leggings and jump up into their pants, straightening the shirt and everything. A moment later another worker walks through the front of the store and starts directly assisting me, then the same “John” and female went and almost ran off directly to the back. Seemed very odd and didn’t sit right with me. Not sure what kind of place is being run or represented but they don’t seem as focused on front of the house so much as back of house. Overall not a great experience. The other gentleman was helpful but I can not remember his name but I think it was Jason and he helped answer my questions but the beginning was just very awkward

  I stopped by this new store recently and had a great experience. From the second I walked in, I was greeted right away and never felt rushed. The team was friendly, patient, and clearly knew their stuff when it came to device upgrades and wireless plans. They broke things down in a way that made sense and actually helped me find the best option without trying to oversell me. What I really appreciated was how efficient everything was — I was in and out faster than expected, and still felt like I got personalized attention. The store itself is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, which made the whole visit even smoother. It’s rare to find staff who combine professionalism with genuine customer care, but this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future upgrades and account support.

  This Verizon is so based!! Everyone is friendly and happy to help. Made sure to inform me about all of my options, all of the new perks they have which helps me save money beyond just my Verizon bill, and answered all my questions with professionalism. Definitely my trusted store now. 5 star service!!!!

The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic. Manager Jonathan Savage—his name says it all. He’s a true savage at finding the best deals and making sure I walked out with the ultimate hookup. These guys and gals made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I left with exactly what I needed.
