  From the very beginning of this purchase, I should have known it was going to be a bad experience. The sales person hates his job. He was rude, and acted like we were bothering him by buying a $400.00 Alpine radio, with installation. If I had his name I would say it but since I returned the radio, they kept my receipt. Fatty told my husband it would be free installation because we purchased the radio, harness, DIM box etc. The total would be $159.00 at installation, that I waited 2 weeks for. So imagine my surprise when I get there at 8:30 am, with my radio, they don't have the parts. They never ordered the parts. They could order them but it would be another 2 weeks before they could get them and do this installation. Oh, but wait, Fatty was wrong in telling us it would be $159. Nooo, it would be $350 at installation. So, Fatty, who hates his job because hes a horrible salesman with zero knowledge or experience, was wrong and Best Buy was not willing to work with us in any way. My husband took off from work for this. We returned the radio, where they could have had our money, had they just worked with us. They are incompetent and nobody there knows what they are doing. 0/10 will not give them our business for anything ever again.

  No they will not accept a return like they said they would and yes it would have made a lot more sense to buy it for $10 from Amazon then to overpay at Best buy and not be able to return it even though they said you could

  Found a promotion this morning at 7am for a TV I wanted. I took a screen print to make things easier. (See attached) The Bel Air store opened at 10am. When I arrived at the store just before 11am I was told the promotion was no longer valid. I showed them multiple screen prints like the one I attached. The person who identified himself as the manager said there was no way to honor the promotion and there was no one in the company higher than him who could help me or I could contact. His only recommendation was to pay $49.95 for their Plus account and hope that they have the sale again at a later time. That only added to my disappointment after driving 15 miles to the store. I am now a very disappointed ex Best Buy customer. Update 4/14/26 4pm I am not on any of the following that you list in your reply. Facebook: @BestBuy Instagram: @BestBuy Twitter/X: @BestBuySupport I did however reach out via your chat site where I was told promos are pulled once stock is depleted and they could not help me. I pointed out that stock for this item was readily available for delivery in two days. I was then told "However I also have an amazing offer for you. ". The offer turned out to be %15 in rewards on my first purchase if I opened a BestBuy credit card. I was told just click the link and fill out the quick application. I did as recommended and after completing the application I received a message that I would receive something in the mail in a week or so. The sale price on this TV ends on Sunday. I give up.
