Just spent the weekend wasting hours on the phone with Verizon's customer service thanks to a guy who works here named Sikander, who is incompetent at best and may even be a crook to boot! I'm giving this store one list chance to redeem themselves, so for now I'll summarize why to stay away from this place until they can explain themselves: 1) Sikander put a new SIM Card in my Pixel 10 and activated it, but he did not take out the old SIM card and put in a new one in the old device to activate the new number for my wife's new business line. He just said something along the lines of "you can finish setting it up at home," but 3 hours later we finally figured that I'll have to wait another 36 hours for the new number to override the old SIM card that somehow has the same number as the new one (like a fleekin' Verizon Schrodinger's Cat, but wouldn't be surprised by this given what Sikander was likely smoking the day he royally fleeked up!). 2) Sikander had quoted me $45 for the screen protector and case for the new phone, but the receipt said $120 total so that prompted me to check my Verizon account online to see my order history. Sure enough, I had been charged for two Google Pixel 10's: the upgrade phone that had originally been mailed to this Belvedere Ave. store because they didn't have the 256GB versions and then a second phone that was marked as an "in store sale" on the date I had stopped by to pick up the ordered online phone that had arrived the day before. More time wasted with customer service on the phone to dispute the second in-store sale that was either due to Sikander's innate incompetence or a very sloppy attempt to pad his sales and double his commissions. This one-star review will stand until Thursday evening, so hopefully the management at this store replies with an apology. If not, this review will stand and I will battle the traffic out to Overlea, which is where the only Verizon Store I trust right now is located, and hopefully get the new physical SIM card for the line we added to my account. For now, I've wasted 3 hours of my life that I'll never ever get back, and that's pretty much half my weekend, so Verizon better follow through with their Loyalty Discounts that equal to this wasted time on the phone multiplied by my hourly rate for overtime at work! Hopefully they will also forward the complaint I put in about Sikander to the management of this store so there can be some real consequences for his actions towards me and my wife!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, and Jason assisted me throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every concern I had. Thanks to his help, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I was able to set up 6 lines and purchase 6 phones without any issues. I truly appreciate Jason’s excellent service and highly recommend him to anyone visiting this store.

That store is a joke, I rode over there then I left because I wasn't the only person dissatisfied and left and went up to real Verizon store on Joppa road where the tech John is a real tec. Not somebody trying to corner people into buying what you don't need.the one on belvedere should change its name to cricket or T-Mobile.
