  Amazing Service and phones available all the time. Just switched my small business account with Aj at Verizon in Ep. $10 a month and $100 for 10 lines was amazing deal for BOYD devices. He explained us well and added protection on all 10 devices with amazing price. Store is super clean, very professional staff. Definitely Recommend Eastpoint Location to anyone looking for Best deal in town. Definitely A+++++

  Me and my husband just left the store with 2 lines. My husband who is 78, and don't like changes, but guess what Aj at Verizon in Eastpoint convinced him to join Verizon. Amazing staff, and very honest folks. They clearly told us, our bill will be little higher then what we are paying currently as we switched to smart phones. Usually people just try to sell, but here we felt they cared more to give us what we wanted not to sell what they wanted. We ade not good with smartphones, but they coached us, and I just could not stop myself to leave a 100% positive reviews for the store and people working there. Yes Aj, we are bringing my other family members to join verizon. Also if you read this, guess what, I start using S pen which came with Samsung Ultra!! 1000000000% positive for OUR VERIZON @ EASTPOINT

  I recently stopped by Verizon to add a new line to my plan, and I have to say, my experience with Josh was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was , he took the time to walk me through all the available options without rushing or pressuring me into anything. Adding a line can sometimes feel confusing, but Josh made the entire process easy and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even helped me find a great promotion that saved me money. It’s rare to find someone who’s not just great at their job, but also cares about making sure you leave completely satisfied. If you visit this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for Josh. He truly made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

  I recently visited Verizon and had an amazing experience thanks to my sales reps, Josh (funny enough, we share the same name!) and Mayra. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Switching over from T-Mobile was a breeze — they made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about everything, taking the time to explain each step clearly. On top of that, they helped me take advantage of several great promotions, which was a huge bonus! Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. I left feeling confident about my new plan and completely satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend this Verizon location — ask for Josh and Mayra!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are very dishonest people! ZERO STARS!! I went to upgrade my phone and to do a trade in and they told me that my bill would not go up because of the trade in. As I went on in the process, hidden fees kept adding up but I paid them. A month later, we get the bill and it’s gone up over $80. I call Verizon and they said they had no record that I traded in my phone and said that in order for the promotion to have worked with the upgrade, my plan had to go up too. The reps never told me that I had to also upgrade my plan! And plus… I traded my old phone in so where was it and why didn’t Verizon have a record?? It took two days and Verizon called me back and said they would honor the promotion for my upgraded phone to be covered because they received the box my phone was supposed to be in but the box was empty. She also said that the owner gave her the runaround in the process of solving the issue. I have no idea what happened to my old device but it’s very shady that the box was empty when the Verizon warehouse opened it! I do not recommend this store!
