Really really bad. I literally work for Verizon and the customer service rep wasn't kind, helpful or even willing to sit down with me and give me any helpful information. We dmstood for five minutes as she told me my bill would go up 30$ for a more expensive plan and a slightly better phone. I'm good. I might just go to T Mobile

I recently became a new customer of Verizon, and I must say, it was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I had spent over $2000 with Verizon, and I was expecting better.
I needed help with my account after placing an order for four iPhones, including an iPad. The items were delivered, and I brought them to the active customer service location to get assistance. However, I was met with hostility and rudeness from the worker. She judged me and made me feel like I was suspicious.
To make matters worse, she refused to help me because she couldn’t find my name on any shipping records. I had my name on every shipping level, so I was confused and frustrated. I had to leave the store feeling angry and disappointed.
I believe that Verizon needs to retrain its employees on how to treat good paying customers. They need to learn how to be more patient, understanding, and respectful. I hope that they will improve their customer service in the future.

During my visit, I was promptly greeted and asked for the purpose of my visit. The staff retrieved the item that I ordered online. I asked about other accessories (phone case) and was informed they would check if it was available. It was not available and I was instructed to look on Amazon. This is the second Verizon staff member that told me this and I told them I was really trying to purchase an accessory for my phone. It is very disappointing when sales associates do not sell or support the customer adequately. That will be the last time I try to buy accessories in the store. They had a wide selection of other products that ranged from chargers to cases. The item I purchased was a little over priced for a replacement Gizmo charger. It was 1/4 the amount of the watch. Yikes! Overall, I would go back to this store if I was 100% desperate.
