Ask the lady who worked there that was scrolling through instagram if she had any iPhone pros in stock. She told me to wait and she’ll check (never did) and pretend to act like she was doing something. 25 minutes later she’s then tells me “oh we don’t have any”. Please fire that lady she seems very incompetent. The guy there though was very helpful even though he was helping someone else.

Similar to another review, went here after trying all the tricks at home to fix a SIM card failure to no avail. Went on a Saturday afternoon, arguably the worst time haha, and everyone was great. Though it was quite busy, every worker I saw was being friendly and hustling around. I believe it was Wayne who checked me in right away and let me know it would be a few minutes. Literally two minutes later Xavier came over and helped to get me a new SIM card quickly. He also let me know I could upgrade my phone but wasn’t at all pushy about it which I really appreciated. All in all probably the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon and will definitely be going back if I need anything!

Alissa is one of the few who is SO extremely determined to get the job done. I stopped in the day before and she CHASED me to help me and when i came in the next day she was the first one to come up and help out. Her energy made me feel so much better in the situation I was in and really appreciate everything shes done for me. Because of her determination we were able to get my phone without any issues FINALLY. Thank you SO MUCH again!
