  The staff here are absolutely amazing ! Came to this store for help with my business account the Manager and Makayla sat down with me and answered all my questions. I ended up getting internet and two new phones and was very pleased with the experience I received here. Thank you again for all the help Makayla and Cade ! I will be back and recommend this store to anyone specially businesses.

  Hello I want to share my experience I had with Verizon. I am new to Verizon and I have to say coming to the store I did was the best decision I ever made! The store was super clean and organized and the sales rep Gavin was super patient with me and he explained everything very thoroughly to me and made me very comfortable with making this purchase. He laid out everything perfectly for me and made sure I had any questions they were answered clearly and I have had my phone for about a week now and I have no issues with anything. I am very proud to say I will be sticking with Verizon for a long time thanks to Gavin and his professionalism.

  I've been in this location twice recently for help and both times Cade was extremely helpful. The last time there was a wait because the people before me were setting up new accounts, but Cade came over after disengaging at a good opening to ask what I needed so I wasn't waiting unnecessarily. He was able to answer my questions very quickly so I didn't even have to wait for him to finish with his other customers. Makayla has also helped me in the past and was easy to work with. Some good teammates at this location. Very convenient spot.

  The manager and the staff are pushy and predatory with their sales. They will try to make you pay extra for everything and won't help with simple things like data transfer to your new phone. They are useless. ALSO- they are NOT a real Verizon store, they are a Victra Authorized Reseller. Be prudent with any purchases from these scammers, read Reddit and Google reviews about them.

  This store’s manager should be ashamed for encouraging predatory sales behavior. My husband and I came into this store on 1/30/26 to switch from AT&T. The female sales rep we worked with made it seem like she was ensuring we got the best deal possible. I found out the next day that she not only added an extra phone number / line to one of the phones, but also added “perks” for all three lines totaling $117/ month on top of our actual phone plan. I called the national Verizon customer service number and they said they could see that the extra line, the device protection, Verizon cloud, and extra hotspot data were added by the store sales rep and that those things should have been discussed with us and approved by us. They were not. I’m just glad I noticed the next day and was not surprised by the first bill like some people have been. This has been a very disappointing start of our relationship with Verizon, and I will never be visiting this store again.
