  I had an amazing experience at the Total Wireless store! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I even received a free screen protector and phone cover, which was a great bonus! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent service and a hassle-free experience. Definitely a 5-star visit!

  Best experience ever. Prices are really cheap. Who ever working inside well behaved and gentle. Explained me everything in detail got the $40 plan with my new iPhone thanks for definitely recommend

  Great experience at the Total Wireless store. The rep was amazing very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. He also gave me a great discount. You can tell he’s a quality salesperson who actually cares about helping customers. Highly recommend!

  Amazing service at Total Wireless! Everything was very transparent and smooth. The guy there, TJ, is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ve been with Total Wireless for over a year, and after getting scammed by another store downtown before, I was really careful. But TJ’s hospitality and honest service completely changed my experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and even gave me his personal number so I can call him anytime if I have any issues. That kind of care is rare these days. Best of the best service — highly recommended!
