And employee at this location stole money from the wallet in my account and used it to pay for the activation for a friend's phone that he paid for in cash. We have the receipt, I stopped by this location earlier today gave them an opportunity to make it right. They acknowledged that this employee was fired for similar issues, yet they refused to refund me my money. I have been a customer of Total wireless for over a year I was never late on a bill so the owner of this business knows I was on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours last night letting them know that I am now going with another phone service because of this location and the refusal to refund me my money. Stay away from this location do not give them your money!

Unbelievable the bundle doesn't make it cheaper or save you money as advertised. They just do whatever and tell you whatever they make up/ want to tell you and people just pay it. No one is looking into the bill because we shouldn't have to. We should be able to go off what we are told by these "professionals" they are adding 15 20 extra dollars so they can pocket it
