  I went to the cricket store on Eastern Ave. and Haven St about three weeks ago. The phone retail associates act like they know a lot of information about the phones (and maybe they do).....but they are not trying to share that information with me and the general public. They are quick to get you a phone though (but not the one you want) one of their choosing instead. The only thing they did well was work with me on the money I had to spend I told them how much and they saved me about $4.00. I got three phones 2 Verso's phones and a Moto phone, I had the two Verso phones 2 days and they would open up software apps, disconnect your call while your in the middle of a conversation, drop calls left and right, dial random people out of your contact list, while you were on the phone and while the two Verso phones were at rest on the table all on thier own. Then the manager from that store Alex had an attitude when I came in to get the two new phones to replace the other two JANK ASS phones they had given me, after I had called Alex earlier that day and I told him I didnt want the phones fixed i wanted two new phones to replace the other phones because the receipt said I had seven days to replace, fix, or get my money back as long as it was done in that seven day time period when Alex asked me if I had my receipt, I said yes and then he said. I got three phones for free. I said really did you look at my receipt cause I see 3: phones that cost me money out of my pocket $145.00 total (to be exact). Three phones to activate.......$15.00 a pop, three phones to put a software package on-----I purchased the family plan,at $100 for that plan, for those three phones,....... I had also traded an iPhone in for the new Moto phone that i had also got with the two Verso phones on that family plan at that store as well, to get a discount on the Moto phone. So I said to Alex the manager of that store on that particular day, that these three free phones that we're supposed to be free we're actually not they cost me $145.00 total.

  Needs someone who speaks and understands ENGLISH. ....non helpful, no courtesy to anyone that does not understand what they are talking about. No offers on "anything"! No discounts for new customers. No discounts for longer existing customers. Don't advertise any change in hours of operation!
