He was a young gentleman with a red sweater and a goatee, but he solved my issues very quickly and efficiently and it was great.

We were in the store for almost 4 hours which is ridiculous. Trying to upgrade our iPhones during their promotional period was exhausting and Verizon should have had more people on the floor during this promotion that is also during Christmas time. One of our phones wouldn’t connect and when we asked a representative for help they told us to go to Apple since they couldn’t do anything. If Verizon is working with Apple, they should have employees who can navigate these problems. Will not be going back to this location nor will I be recommending it.
