No one approached me or recognized that I was there. When I finally asked a staff member if they worked there the staff member was very rude.

I came in to see if I could switch from T-Mobile after 23 years. The staff accommodated me. I came out with a much better deal than I have from T-Mobile. We had to go back After we received the units in the mail. We set up an appointment. Went and got everything transferred and learned about the new devices. I have to go back next week for another phone I added. I can't wait. Thank you Verizon for taking care of us!

He was a young gentleman with a red sweater and a goatee, but he solved my issues very quickly and efficiently and it was great.
