I have a printer problem. It's mechanical. The rollers need to be cleaned and the fuser inspected and if necessary cleaned. I went through all the guidance from HP. I explained this. The CSR wanted $40 to connect me to a specialist who would charge me $130 to log into MY COMPUTER and take control. This is a mechanical problem with the printer, not a computer problem.
Add a very thick hard to understand accent.
Not impressed at all with Geek Squad. Already not impressed with Best Buy. They deserve each other.

The best thing I can say is, they are quick to respond. Everything else is flat out bad, I called regarding upgrading to windows 11, and the person on the other line had no idea what I was even talking about. If you have question on how to upgrade your pc or operating system, just ask chatGPT. Worked for me
