(Phone physically looks new) We have been trying for the last week to get this repaired. After days with the Apples and 2 stores that couldn't repair the reps sent us to this Apple store. They could see that it was manufactures defect and said they would change the screen. (The phone is under warranty bought in May 2025) they told us to come back next day to pick up. We live 45 min from Annapolis. They said we close at 9pm and you can come any time before 9pm to pick up. Afterwork 1/7/26 we took the 45 min drive got there at 8:15pm. The store associates told her she couldn't pick up the phone if she wasn't in the store by 8pm. Ya'll playing games. This is why I have an Andriod once I finally get this phone. I plan on making sure I never purchase another iPhone again! As for the store. Like Lauren Hills said - You might win some but you just lost one. Thanks no thanks!!
- JJjonDec 31, 20251.0never in my life have i felt more uncomfortable and disrespected in a store. i fully believe i was racially profiled. this man (adam i think) was very rude. i was just browsing and had some phone troubles but i kept seeing him staring. at one point he talked to the security guard and they both looked at me. i was helped by ANN for some settings issues for my new phone. her tone was extremely rude and she rolled her eyes at me. apple had lost me as a customer, and i will never step in this annapolis location again.
- KWkitten whiskersDec 21, 20251.0Went in yesterday with my husband to swap out his phone and the lady that helped us just left when she was done, but we didn't realize she was done with us. We had to ask for help from someone else about transferring data because we have a carrier that requires separate activation and apparently Apple can't do it. She came back over and said "I'm sorry if you misunderstood". I get that there was some miscommunication but to walk away without saying anything and then give that non-apology is frustrating when everyone in there is dropping upwards of a grand on overpriced crap. Take a second and explain things. And if you don't want to help us then don't and send a different employee who wants to help people.
