    Annapolis location is much better than the Woodmore Towncenter location. I went to Woodmore 1st to purchase a computer. Computer was listed as in stock at that location but of course the people there were clueless as usual. I hadn't been there in a while and thought they may have gotten better. The salesperson told me I must've have saw on the site that I could pick the computer up that day but that means I could order it and they would get it from one of their warehouses and let me know I could pick it up by the end of the day...smh. I just said ok, went on the bestbuy app ordered the computer online and drove straight to the Annapolis store. Picked it up with no issues. Thanks!

    I visited the Best Buy in Annapolis, and I’ll start by saying this is easily one of the cleanest, most well-organized Best Buy locations I’ve been in. The store looks great, the layout is solid, and everything about the environment reflects a high standard. That’s exactly why the customer service I experienced stood out the way it did. While I was standing in line waiting Geek Squad for assistance, an employee named Shabazz walked past me with a customer and did not acknowledge me at all. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. He then walked that customer to the door, came back through the same narrow space—close enough that there’s no way he didn’t see me standing there—and again, no acknowledgment. I actually had an appointment. On his way back, he stopped and spoke with other employees, walked past me a second time, still without saying a word. Then, instead of addressing me directly, he said to another employee something along the lines of “somebody deal with this customer out here.” For a store that presents itself at such a high level, that kind of interaction is out of place. Basic acknowledgment is the bare minimum in customer service. Walking past a customer multiple times without recognition and then referring to them indirectly is not a good look. Hopefully this is addressed so the experience matches the quality of the store, and the next customer doesn’t have to deal with the same thing. All of the other employees were magnificent. I never want another customer to experience the level of negligence I experience. By the way, I traveled 40 minutes to visit this store, and it was well worth except this incident. Kudos to Jessica at the register who turned the experience around. She was phenomenal and deserves an award. Keep up the great work Annapolis. An absolutely gorgeous store😍

    This review is for our Samsung Bespoke appliances we purchased at Best Buy a bit shy of 3 years . We were thrilled to be able to purchase the appliances as a set and loved them at first . Until the began breaking and the parts to repair them are not readily available . So my dishwasher has to wait for the main motor to come in to be fixed- over 3 weeks ago and 3 more weeks till it’s says it will arrive. Also our main oven broke a week ago- it says the parts are available but we have no idea when the parts will arrive. The finish on the sensor cook oven is all flaking off! Of course that is not covered on our home warranty , even though it looks awful. Lastly the microwave (also Samsung) has the time display burnt out on the hour time. We can always tell the minutes though, as if that helps. If you want to provide what we thought was a high quality product and clearly it’s not perhaps you should make replacement part readily available. Or stand behind your products quality so they are warrantied longer that a year?

We had to work through multiple layers—account access, passwords, and even tracking down a zip code that had been changed without my knowledge. Avery was patient, persistent, and committed to getting it right. She explored every option and made sure the account was fully deactivated so I could finally move forward cleanly. What stood out most was her dedication. She didn’t just help—she saw it through to completion. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cares about resolving your issue, ask for Avery B. Thank you, Avery—you made a stressful situation manageable.

    My household dryer broke after our basement flooded recently, so naturally, I headed to Best Buy to get one I knew could meet every need. From the moment we walked in, George stepped in and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what we were dealing with and guided us toward a dryer that fit both our needs and budget perfectly. On top of that, he also helped us pick out a great security camera system which we were interested in as well. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made sure we felt confident in what we were purchasing. What really stood out was how efficient and streamlined he made the whole experience. Just solid, knowledgeable help from start to finish. George went above and beyond, and because of him, what started as a stressing situation turned into a really positive experience. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Best Buy, especially when it comes to appliances.
