All the staff were leading on the counter didn’t ask for help until I Approached them. I asked about the video game and they said they didn’t have any stock and he quickly looked in a bucket behind the counter and told me they didn’t have it. As it was in stock online for fun, I thought hey why don’t I do an in-store pick up. Placed an in-store pick up order, it was ready within 10 minutes. Walked back into the store, explained to how I was just here and they told me they didn’t have it and now they had it and the guy at the counter just laughed didn’t apologize or say anything else. Check my ID and gave me the video game. Online order pick up was fast so I would’ve given him more stars with that but my experience with the staff at this location was absolutely terrible. Thanks for laughing at me for your own incompetence.
