    Terrible and unprofessional customer care staff at Best Buy Mobile. We wanted to sign up for the new promotional offer — $35 for 100 GB. The activation took place on January 2, 2026. During the activation process, our phone number was changed without our consent. We were given a completely new, unfamiliar number, and our original number was somehow lost. Because of this, we are now forced to spend our weekend driving around and trying to resolve this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable, extremely frustrating, and very unprofessional.

    The agent changed my phone number without my consent. This ruined my entire day — it’s my day off, I had other plans, and now I’m stuck wasting hours on calls and trips to fix THEIR mistake. Totally unprofessional and careless.

    The manager, Neil and the guys at geek squad have definitely made. Thanks so much easier on behalf of buying a VR giving you guys a big shout out thank you if you need anything gaming related or help with any of your technology. These are the guys to go see

    Need a usb cord found it but was a bit busy so staff were busy with other customer so had to locate were the cord were located in the store and wait to pay but happy to get a new cord to charge a tablet

    I returned a TV to Best Buy on December 1st and was told I would receive a $500 gift card by email within 3–5 business days. It has now been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve gone back to the same store three times and have called multiple times, yet no one has been able to resolve the issue or give me a clear answer. No follow-up, no accountability — just wasted time. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when it involves a $500 gift card. A simple return should not turn into weeks of chasing staff with no solution. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed, and I honestly regret shopping here. I wanted to buy a few more things on Boxing Day but the deals have been ended thank you Best Buy for ruining the Christmas for me
