Terrible service. Bought a 700 dollar printer and had to exchange. Just over a month now and having nothing but problems with it, and at this point wpuld just like a refund. Called customer service who was no help, told me to call Epson who was also no help. If I buy a 700 dollar printer I expect it to work properly. Horrible experience.

Terrible and unprofessional customer care staff at Best Buy Mobile.
We wanted to sign up for the new promotional offer — $35 for 100 GB. The activation took place on January 2, 2026. During the activation process, our phone number was changed without our consent. We were given a completely new, unfamiliar number, and our original number was somehow lost.
Because of this, we are now forced to spend our weekend driving around and trying to resolve this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable, extremely frustrating, and very unprofessional.

The agent changed my phone number without my consent. This ruined my entire day — it’s my day off, I had other plans, and now I’m stuck wasting hours on calls and trips to fix THEIR mistake. Totally unprofessional and careless.
