I come to their store on feb 16 to get a loptop. and there's a error on their system about the fairstone. And im there like 2 and a half hour and i understand that is not their fault it is tge fairstone so we call the fairstone and they give me more credit but there is error again when we try it. the man said he will call me and give me discount once they fix it in 2-3 day and now im just waiting for their call like 4 days but no calls and updates, Just feeling bad because im from steinbach and their adress is in winnipeg i really wabt that loptop but they cant give me. like waste my time.

Terrible customer service! Tried returning a Christmas gift and their website was not working properly, so I could not return it. Chat wasn't working either. Tried calling, and couldn't get through to anyone. Tried a few days later and got through to someone. They said that I missed the return window by a couple of days. Well, I would not have missed it if their website and services were working properly. I asked for an exception due to their website issues etc., but they said "Too bad, you missed the return window". I expected a courtesy exception due to the circumstances, but they would not do that. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

ehen shopping for electronics and related products I want help from knowledgeable staff who can educate me about the product without me having to do research; that is what a visit to Bestbuy does for me. Their customer service is friendly, and efficient, always solving my concerns without having to make a return visit for the same issue. I also appreciate that they have their Geek Squad Techs that can help with computer problems and diagnose weird electronic problems, too. I do wish they still had auto electronic installations onsite.
