I don't recommend it. I bought something from this store on December 9th. The seller said delivery would take 3-5 days, but they rescheduled it for December 22nd. It's now December 28th. The item is out of stock, and are they delivering from another planet? When I asked for a refund, they told me to wait another 3-4 days for my order, which I no longer want. We gave them the money right away, but I have to wait to get a refund. Thank you!!!cool Christmas gift.........

Talk to the online agent about a price match. Major retailer, not a marketplace item, I give them the links, they say absolutely they can match that.
Come in, say I'm looking for a set of headphones. Worker vaguely gestures at one rack out of the dozen in front of me as if I didn't notice I was surrounded by headphones.
I specify, Samsung buds pro. He scrolls through their website for 3 or 4 minutes before saying they don't exist. I say again, Samsung buds pro. "Oh you mean ear buds". My fault, sure, let's move on. Scrolls through stock again while standing next to the cabinet with them inside.
I follow him to the counter with the item. As I'm waiting at the counter, he is writing my name on the item, so they know it's mine when I get to the counter I'm presently standing at, which we walked to together.
I ask for the price match. "We don't price match online products". Of course there's a problem. I expected it to be something. I leave.
Morning arrives. The item is on sale for the same price I tried to match 16 hours ago. Nobody is surprised, but now I have to order online out of spite anyway.
God has left us.

We bought a scooter off these guys and they had it right in front of us and they said it’s not in stock. My sons Christmas is ruined now thanks to these awesome guys and yet he worked so freaking hard in school got his grades steady and now he can’t open his gift. Good job ruining my kids Christmas

I visited the store today to buy an Ethernet cable and a soundbar. There were several staff members walking around chatting with each other, but no one offered any assistance. I approached a staff member named Ash (or something similar) about my requirement, and he simply pointed me to two aisles without making any effort to help further.
Because of this poor service, I walked out and went to a different merchant. After seeing similar comments in other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. The staff just don’t seem to care
