    My shopping experience here made me happy that retail is dying. I came because I wanted to buy headphones and wanted to try them and ask for professional advice. All the headphones were spread out across the store, forcing me to search everywhere. At no point did anyone offered to help me. When I found an employee and asked for help, I was told that I need to go to another area of the store. I said that there is no one there to help me, and the employee said she will get someone to come and assist me. I stood there for 15 minutes and no one came. I went to another local branch of Best Buy, and finally someone was willing to talk to me but did not know anything about headphones. They also told me that I cannot open any item to try them on, and that I cannot return the item if I purchase it and it doesn't fit me. The only winner of this experience was Amazon, who did not require me to leave the house and accepts returns.

    Don't let the Geek Squad at St. James Best Buy build you pc. Here is why: 1. The plastic GPU slot clip was broken during installation and it was not replaced or repaired and we were not told about it. 2. Plastic cover on back of GPU which reads remove protective film before use was not removed prior to installation. 3. GPU exhaust was partially blocked. 4. Screw with wrong threading was used and some screws were missing. They charged $200 for this careless pc build and would not refund my money. We learned that this was their 6th build ever and their best guy has been on vacation for a month.

    Honestly, this was one of the worst shopping experiences ever. I stood there for almost an hour trying to choose a pair of glasses — and not a single person came up to help me. It felt like no one in the store had a clue about the products. They kept passing me from one person to another, saying “someone will be right with you,” but no one ever showed up. After about 40 minutes, I ended up reading everything myself and finally picked the glasses I wanted. I went to a consultant just to buy them, and guess what? They told me to wait again. And, of course, no one came. Absolutely terrible customer service. If you can’t even help your customers, why are you working on the floor at all?

    I had a terrible experience. I asked for help and had to wait 15 minutes before some one came to help. Then when I wanted to pay for the item I was unable to use my gift card. I did not have the physical card but I had it on my phone. They told me they could not do it unless I had the card. Other places can key it in or scan the card. Maybe you can change that. I left without the item.
