  I had an excellent experience at the Pembina Best Buy thanks to Prabhjot. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered without rushing. What truly stood out was that even after finishing helping me, he stayed after hours to assist with setting up my boyfriend’s phone plan. That level of dedication and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. Exceptional service!!! thank you, Prabhjot!☺️☺️☺️

  It took over 30 minutes today for them to print out a receipt I requested from an online pickup order because I didn't have the email anymore. The girl with the gauges who was helping with geek squad told the 1st cashier who I dealt with how to do it but she clearly refused to listen. And let's not even talk about the amount of times I needed to tell her my contact info and why I was there only for her to make light of wasting my time by saying "this is above my pay grade". Oh, and then another girl took over and after wasting even more of my time, finally called whom I was assuming was a supervisor who told her the same thing the girl with the gauges told the 1st girl. All I needed to do was give them my phone number. Not my email, not my full name, yet I was stuck there for all this time due to people who cant do their job. Fix those training gaps and give the girl with the gauges a raise for having to do the job of like 4 people because that's not fair! You would think that all these bad reviews about customer service would be a wake up call to do better, but I guess not.

  The young woman in the TV dept was terrific, knew her stuff, fun and wasn't pushy. It's impossible to ignore the overwhelming amount of body odor masked with bad cologne throughout most of the store, especially in the PC area.. customers not staff Less gaming and more showers boys.

  Shopped yesterday during Boxing Day, the staff is very helpful and solving the problems. For anyone that has the same ideas intended to combining gift cards in store: please note that the gift card(s) could only used for items that sold and shipped by Best Buy (or non marketplace item). The lady who helped me, asked me what item that I wanted to purchase, checked their inventory quickly, picked the item (lucky that they have stock in store), finishing the transaction swiftly and applied the gift cards. All done within 30 mins. Everyone is happy.
