  I hate wasting my time coming back n forth for things that should've worked the first time. Had to return a tv and this dude doesnt know what he is doing. Literally wasted more than hour and punched in the wrong thing on their computer and blamed us for making a decision we didnt do and told us to come back the next day and redo the whole thing because they were about to close.what a joke this person. Next time call someone who knows what they are doing instead of pretending and wasting other people’s time. Next return was whole different story opposite of the previous . although here we are again with it shouldve worked the first time cause there was another issue. Hersil i think thats his name and angelica were very professional attentive and knowledgeable, unlike the previous dude/ employees who helped us befote. Thanks to them it was an easier process and hopefully thats it. These 2 employees are awesome, you would want them helping you instead of the other folks.

  Very poor service, I'm not sure why but I had like 5 employees surround me but why wouldn't help me, when I was shopping, I highly recommend not coming here and shop online, avoid

  Staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated the time and effort put in. Unfortunately I found Amazon had better prices on lap tops. Best buy had nothing i could buy in my of good quality at my price range. Perhaps they can stock in comparison and price match. Would have had my sale that day.

  THE WORST experience ever!!! Wanted to buy 2 laptops during black Friday sale, inexperienced staff billed me for 3 instead plus the bestbuy membership which I did not want at first place. 2 laptops were defective, I ended up returning everything but the return never got processed with fairstone. Have been in contact with the store and the customer service team and it’s been more than 3 months now still no update. Staff is not understanding at all. No respect for customer time and money. Poor communication and no follow up either from the managers. Terrible experience even after visiting the store 10 times and calling the customer service team more than 20 times!!!!!
