I wanted to make sure I had the correct hardware and asked two clerks if the HDMI cable came with the monitor. I was told NO. I was then handed and purchased a $44 cable. Two hours later I opened the box and discovered an HDMI cable. Yes, I didn't need to buy one extra Today schleped myself across town to return that cable and nicely explained to the young lady/manager what happened. Truly, she did not care or offer up an apology. Just an oh well and I need your name and number for the return. Youth is wasted on the young. I'll live. Customer service and training? Not today. I'll survive.

I bought air fryer with extended coverage it stopped working after 1.5 year they gave me gift card then i air fryer from their website and it stopped working just after a month and when we went instore to ask for help they said can’t do anything because it third party . The third party want us to ship them back but we have to pay for $50 for shipping . I bought item for $200 somewhere and now i should pay for shipping too . Horrible service and best buy stores does not take little responsibility for buying online. Waste of money waste of time horrible service worst quality.
