  Went there on January 4th 2026 to get 2 screen protectors and I got offered zagg custom cut $55.99 each with tax included (making a total of $112) 2 months after, starts cracking and come off, I was told by the sales guy those can be replaced anytime, even if they come off, (it came off taking it out of my pocket) showed up at the store for an exchange and the customer Service guy says the screen protector needs to be on the phone 1st and they have to see it before doing any exchanges regarding warranty... spoke to the store manager and he said they won't explain every single customer every single detail about warranty... so disappointed I've bought screen protectors for a fraction of what this one cost and lasted way longer as well, sorry for making this a long statement but sadly bestbuy (well at least this location) has gone worse every time. Moral of the story if you buy an expensive piece of plastic ask all details before you decide to go for it. $112 down the drain.

  This is the worst best buy I've every been to. They charged me for tv twice and aren't refunding one. They said they have 'escalated' it, but it's been weeks and we have to pay credit card amount.. Employees forget to follow up and and are confrontational, lack of professionalism. Best to avoid and purchase online..

  This place has really gone downhill. The shelves are often empty, and staff don’t seem to know what products are available or have enough knowledge about what they sell.

  Be careful buying any ear bud because you cant return if used and hurt your ear and want a new pair
