  I can never seem to go when they're open and I live in the area! I haven't been that impressed with Cricket aside from their actual service the phone and Internet have been great, but in terms of getting straight answers and connecting with an actual human being it seems difficult. I thought coming to the store would help but like I said they're always closed maybe there's a change in management right now or something.

  I’ve visited the store several times to pay my bill, but it’s often closed even website shows the store opens at 10am and closes at 7pm. The actual hours seem inconsistent, The store opens or closes whenever they decide. when I came straight from work around 6pm before closing time, but the store was already shut. This is really inconvenient and waste our time. If you guys didn't maintain regular hours, Close it entirely to avoid misleading people.

  I went to the store and wanted him to reset my phone. He's a bearded Indian guy and then he wants me to lower my plan and he says I don't have to change my number, that is, get another line. He's crazy.

  I'm not happy with that company And when you have a problem with the phone they no try to help the customers only asking for money don't go there especially that Dominican girl always have bad aritud with the customers
